Discussing customer service!Had the lady arguing with me about selling me the wrong sparkplug and trying tell me it was the correct plug even once I showed her my saw and it was clearly the wrong plug for the saw! Would never go back! Very disappointed as I have spent thousands of dollars in that store.Gave me a refund for the plug and couldn’t even get an apology that I ask for!Terrible service.

Very friendly service and Pat went above and beyond in getting carby on Scott bonnar reel mower sorted in 1 day, due to time constraints working fifo job makes getting anything done alot harder, but Pat and the team helped me out when others wouldn't, highly recommend magic mowers greenfields.

Had a problem mower from brand new ( bought from a large chain store) , i took it to 3 mower repairers with no luck in mowing a complete lawn in 2yrs . I took it to mower magic as a last ditch effort before i threw it in the bin . Pat and the boys did the impossible and handed me back a mower that starts easy and hasnt missed a beat todate . Thanks guys . Highly recommending you from now on .
